Rundance – random acts of rhythm
Rundance was co-created by Penny Arnold and myself, and first launched on 10.10.10 for Mental Health Awareness week, with 10 locations around Nottingham, 10am till 10pm on the 10th October 2010, accompanied by music on a bike!
O for the joys of running and dancing simultaneously – the laughter, the play, the beautiful release that spontaneity and whole body movements bring!
Random acts of rhythm allow for pacing… cycles of slow to fast, small to big, give way to liberating rounds of running and dancing.
We also supported the British Heart Foundation celebrate their 50th Anniversary in the grounds of Chatsworth in 2011.
Exercise and laughter – a social medicine for the heart !
